David T. Huang

Managing Director 

 

Mr. Huang is the Managing Director of Skylar Consulting. Concurrently, he is also serving as the Corporate Officer for Replenish, a subsidiary of Novartis, the world's largest pharmaceutical company.  Mr. Huang brings more than two decades of diversified experience in all facets of organizational development and has proven experience in rapid growth start-ups to multinational operations.

Mr. Huang held previous senior executive positions at TechResults, a technology solutions provider to the heavily regulated casino gaming industry and VEGAS.com where he served as Executive Director. His department at VEGAS.com manage the company's rapid growth by recruiting and retaining key personnel and creating innovative human resource programs. Before joining VEGAS.com, Mr. Huang served as Executive Director for IBEX/Global, a multinational business process outsourcing company with over 10,000 employees worldwide.

 

Prior to IBEX/Global, Mr. Huang was at eCompanies, a $130 million internet incubator funded by Disney, Sprint and EarthLink, where he directed human resources and administration. During his tenure, the company was named one of the "Top 10 Places to Work" by Interactive Week.

 

Rapid growth is familiar territory for Mr. Huang, who also served in senior management roles at EarthLink, where he was instrumental in the creation of the human resources department and supported the explosive growth of EarthLink from 100 employees to more than 7,000.

 

Mr. Huang is a member of the board of directors for Abacus Capital Management and a member of the Advisory Board for Electrum Partners.
